But, if ever there were a book to recommend, it is this one -- Jim Collins' "Good to Great."

No, it isn't new -- was published several years ago. But, its lessons -- backed by in depth study and analytics -- are timeless.

CEOs -- and any tech/digital media team member -- run, don't walk, to buy it. Read it. Strive to follow its lessons, which apply not only to business, but to everything you do.
