Disneyland Hawaii?

Well, not exactly. But, Disney has purchased 21 acres on the island of Oahu to build a new resort hotel named "The Ko Olina Resort & Marina." Apparently, this will be the first Disney hotel with no theme park in sight. Even so, however, the Chairman of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Jay Rasulo, promises to create an "immersive Disney experience" for families. That is code for "there will be plenty of Disney merchandise to keep your kids happy and your wallet open."
